Stunning beach area with super comfy loungers, perfect for sunset views and relaxation. The air conditioning in the second-floor room struggled sometimes, and service from the staff was inconsistent, leading to some less than ideal moments. However, I greatly enjoyed the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew at dinner, which stood out as a highlight. It’s a beautiful place but be mindful of pricing, as it can be on the higher side for the offerings compared to other local options.

A Family-Friendly Retreat on Isla Holbox
We truly enjoyed our four-night stay, especially the delicious breakfast spread with fresh fruit, and the kids adored the pool area. Eric, the bartender, treated us like family, and the relaxed vibe made our meals a delight. Pro tip, reserve a beachfront spot early for the best views!

The Master Luxury Suite offers generous space and a lovely aesthetic, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The beach section provides stunning views, ensuring a serene atmosphere away from the more crowded areas of the island.
The pool, while lovely, was at times crowded, diminishing the tranquil experience I sought. Dining prices were on the higher side, with cocktails costing around $40 and basic coffees priced at $20 for two. Don't expect your ocean view room to be as spacious as the photos lead you to believe. it might disappoint. The air conditioning on the second floor struggled to keep things cool, and noise from nearby areas could be disruptive.

We enjoyed complimentary morning yoga classes and took advantage of bike rentals to explore. Don't miss out on snorkeling. the underwater scenery is unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The on-site restaurant served tasty meals that we all loved.

luxurious stay but pricey
The hotel impressed with its beautiful garden view, creating a serene atmosphere. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the beach club lunches that were incredibly flavorful. The staff were attentive, making my stay feel special, remembering my preferences throughout my time there.
Dining prices were high, which might not suit everyone’s budget.
